Each of us have dealt with every area of employment law including unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, automatic unfair dismissal, discrimination cases, equal pay cases, breach of contract, whistleblowing, redundancy and TUPE.
We are all experienced in advising and representing clients throughout the UK; we attend all courts and tribunals in England and Wales (and we are content to attend Scottish employment tribunals).
We also draft documents including letters before claim, consent agreements, ET1s, ET3, grounds of claim / particulars of claim, grounds of resistance, schedules of loss, and employment contracts (including media contracts).
Each advisor and representative is also fully insured and regulated either by the Law Society or Bar Council. We aim to deliver the best service possible.
We charge for our services; fees start at £250 per hour, but we also offer fixed fee services (which tend to work out cheaper than the hourly rate) with representation at hearings starting at £350 (for telephone CMC), and the fees for representation at substantive hearings capped at £1950 per day (the fee relates to the type of claim and complexity of the work).

Fees / charges

Fees start at £250 per hour but we offer fixed fee work so that:

- you know what the cost is per pirce of work

- you can choose between a hourly rate or fixed rate, the latter is often cheaper.

We cap the representation fee at £1950, so that you know that the most you will pay for representation at full hearing is £1950 in any one day. However, that fee reflects a day rate for a complex case. Fees can be as low as £350 for CMC by telephone or £500 for half a day CVP.
